An Update

In my last blog I mentioned about having a bone marrow and WOO HOO CELEBRATE my bloods are normal.

I turned 18 and had possibly the cutest day ever. I went for a little spa day with my best friend Rose.  I also fell asleep during my massage and woke myself up when I just did a really loud snore. It was a bit of a hideous situation. And, are masseuse people meant to massage your bum? YES THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. 
Also, since when is everyone who goes to the spa so RUDE. Seriously no one liked us, it all went down hill after Rose dive bombed into the pool. But we don't cuuuur.




Then me and Rose went to a restaurant and I found all my lovely friends there, which was a fab surprise!

I also met up with my boys "The Kiks" after their rehearsals we went to the beach and I did a little trial interview with them on my new camera I just invested in. Im really really excited about this project. Anyway its sunny outside and that doesn't happen much here in Scotland. Over and out pals. X

Its Chemo Time

First injection of chemo started today. Not what I expected at all. The nurse walked in with these big syringes that looked like they had been pulled out of the telly from Dexters Laboratory or the Power Puff Girls (cartoons). These pictures DO NOT do the actual size justice. I kid you not thats how big they were! This was literally my face when she walked into my room. I have 11 days of treatment. The red one that I had today is every three to four days, and this is the one that attacks hair cells however this this actually takes about a couple of weeks to before you actually see any hair loss. Charlie Miller popped in today to discuss my wig plans which was pretty cool. The wigs that they provide are made from real hair, bought in from asian woman that sell their hair (thanks guys!).  This is the confusing part, bare with me. THE ULTIMATE RANT

I am very aware that when writing this blog I try take the negative things and make a hoo ha joke stream about them. I wrote the following whist in hospital when I was really sad and angry. I was literally clawing at the door wanting to come out and go home. There's just sometimes so many things that (like anyone who walks the earth) make me sad and annoyed that is enhanced when you're in a confined space. Hmmm what to say what to say been stuck in the same room since the 4th of May; going crazy beginning to despise everyones  Instagram boomerangs. Feeling jealous. Lost two titwit best friends now due to, well I don't know having cancer love I really love being shunned for being sick, feels great. How are you doing are you all feeling fine because I'm not I'm raging. I'm sick of needles being stabbed into me every morning, I'm sick of panicking about my health. I'm absolutely exhausted after getting a transplant someone give me a lucozade tablet. Ha

So This Is a lil Bit Hard To Write...

I don't usually find writing a difficult subject, infact I normally love writing. This is something that is very hard to tell family and friends.  Most of you don't know this, but on the 16th of October at around 13:15 I was diagnosed with Leukaemia, which I am sure most of you know is a type of cancer.  When my doctor told me my reaction could only be described as a "greek woman crying in the street" - not my own words. I was devistated, and still am.  BUT  Here are the plus sides! My cancer is at a very early stage known as "pre-leukaemia" which means it is much easier to treat I have baffled every blood specialist doctor in the land, as all my blood counts have continued to rise over the past few months which means my body seems to want to  fight against the disease.  I have the best support from friends and family I could ever ask for.
