Because I am in such a productive mood, I thought I would write a little bloggy! So a few days ago surprise surprise I got a temperature. The usual then happens x rays getting wheeled into the room at distasteful time in the morning, the drips back, and the rest. Temperatures make me feel sick, I get a really sore head, and hot and cold all the time. Blah blah blah you don't care.
I also had a physiotherapist lady come in to see why my knees are so sore. In technical terms apparently I am just a flexy teenager. She pretty much pushed my leg behind my head and she's pulled a muscle in my booty. So every time I walk about (not often because its so sore) I look like I have had a number 2 accident in my trousers and it has also become quite an issue because my bum is on some sort of surface for the most part of the day and night whether it be my bed or a chair. So basically my bum hurts real bad.
Its hard not to be bored looking at the same four walls- well 8 walls if you count the bathroom- for weeks on end. I literally get this everyday "Oh well you'll not be long now, just another few weeks." THIS rattles my cage. "JUST", everyday is a drag but my nurses and my mum and dad are still keeping me chirpy everyday. I am planning to get my nurses some boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts before I make my sharp exit (shop opens tomorrow fyi). Just now to try and combat my boredom I am organising my charity ball in the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh on the 7th of September this year. I am also looking forward to the Mad Hatters ball that my family and friends have come together to organise. If you fancy going here is the Facebook event below!

Here is something quite exciting! My fellow cancer friend Laura Boyd who works at STV came down to have a wee chat together about having the disease and filmed it too! Laura reads my blog and I read hers and it was lovely to finally meet her. Plus she brought some goodies - chocolate and Cosmo- its like she has known me for years!
Here is the link of the vlog and the blog on the STV website.
